About the Catalog Review

Welcome academic catalog reviewers! We're glad you're here.

Academic catalog information is vital for students, and we need your help to provide the most up-to-date information for them.
To get started, let's review where the Academic Catalog is, and what's in it.

Where is the Academic Catalog located?

  • Degree Search is the resource for current academic year degree programs. This information is maintained within the plan extensions tables in PeopleSoft and in BAMM.
  • The Academic Catalog website includes the current academic calendar, college and university policies, and the catalog archives.
  • Students.asu.edu and admission.asu.edu provide information about admission, costs and finances, and academic standards.

What's included in the Academic Catalog review?

Note: the only items in this graphic not reviewed in the annual catalog review are courses, which are reviewed on their own timeline. The Curricular Deadlines calendar contains all relevant dates for curriculum review.

So it's not just reviewing curriculum for new programs, program changes and disestablishments?

Correct! This academic catalog review is specifically for reviewing your existing content that appears in Degree Search and the Academic Catalog website. Academic planning components are reviewed on their own schedules.

The following graphic contains a general overview of the timings of curriculum reviews. The academic catalog review is in blue. The Curricular Deadlines calendar contains exact deadline dates for all processes.
